Book Description
This book is written for the 7 button accordion with the round (O) pearl type buttons not the metal
type Cajun ones. Please look at the cover picture to see if this is the accordion you have. Go to the
sidebar if you have the Cajun accordion.
When my granddaughter was six years old she could play every song in this book. Richard, a
young man in San Francisco, learned to play on one and now has his own full size double row.
These song books are written for the beginning button accordionist who does not know how to read
music. How easy is it? Try playing the first line of the nursery rhymes Twinkle Twinkle and London
Bridge. Numbers written like this 5 6 7 means push the bellows in ( > < ). While written like
this 5 6 7 means pull the bellows out ( < > ).
There are 2 1/2 pages of instructions. It is a spiral book measuring 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 inches.
If you can count from 1 to 10 and push and pull the bellows in and out then you can easily learn and
play the button accordion from our books. Our button accordion music books are for the beginner,
the wannabee or players who own a one, two or three row diatonic button accordion by ear.

notes have been transposed into numbers for players that do not read music.
